For exceeded our expectations. There is actually a two car garage with parking for two vehicles plus parking for two vehicles in the driveway, plus easy parking on the street. Everything exceeded what was listed. And, the physical layout of the house is incredible. The design allows for separation for those who want to stay up later and not disturb those going to sleep early. We were pleased well in excess of our expectations. Five stars all around.

The location of this house was great. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Nice neighborhood! The only weird thing we had was that upon arrival the back door to the house was open, like hanging wide open. All seemed to be in order so we did a walk thought and everyone was okay with staying but it was slightly off putting to arrive and not have a fully secure property. Otherwise the house was great, perfect layout, lots of space, plenty of beds.

We had a group of eight stay in this property for the weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. There was lots of communal space both inside and on the front patio and the plentiful beds and bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. The house is in a wonderful area with access to restaurants (I highly recommend El Primo for your breakfast taco needs), coffee and other amenities all within a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this property over the last weekend, and, unfortunately, the property was not as listed on the VRBO site. The beds were listed as double beds in 2 rooms and 1 king bed in the master. We showed up to 2 twin beds in one room and 2 double beds in one room and a king in the master - this did not match our needs with a house full of only adults. Additionally, the internet does not work, none of the TVs are connected to anything, so you can't watch anything on them (and without a working internet, there was no way to stream anything from our devices onto them). When we notified vacasa customer service, quite frankly, we got the run around. They didn't know what was listed on VRBO about the bed and room layout and never even tried to address the internet issues. We had to send them screenshots of the incorrect listing along with pictures of the rooms as they were, and we, to this day, have not received a response that addresses the issues. My take is that vacasa is a company with many properties they cannot adequately manage and support from a customer service perspective - from our experience, you should not a) expect their listings to be correct regarding the amenities, rooms, and beds and b) expect any sort of support should something not be correct or working right - it was a horrendous experience. In the future, we will avoid any properties owned/managed by vacasa.

There is an excellent breakfast taco place for carry out about a two minute walk from the house. The house has nice outdoor seating for mild and cool weather. We will probably stay there again on our next trip to Austin.

Instead of expressing any type of condolences or human decency they responded the way I’m sure any type of money hungry organization would have and kept quoting policy. Their inability to be flexible in ANY capacity (I didn’t even stay at the location- there was absolutely nothing to clean and no need for a cleaning fee?) would have me weary to stay at this property if I were you. They will quote policy after policy to you and leave you thinking you are speaking to a robot and no actual people. What a terrible experience this was.

This house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and well-stocked and the location was ideal for a girl's getaway weekend. We had 7 of us and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. The beds were very comfortable as well. It would be great if a full-length mirror was added somewhere in the property. There also was not ample toilet paper for the 3 days we were there, so plan to bring your own. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was awesome but getting into the front door took 20 minutes. The instructions were poor & incorrect. The only way to notify someone was through a 1-800 # & sit on hold. Therefore, communication with property mgr. gets zero stars. This should really be remedied in my opinion. The house is managed by a management company called Vacasa so if you need to communicate it will not be with one single individual, but they were very responsive and helpful. My friends and I have been doing girls trips for 30 years and wanted a place we could stay together. The house was perfect for six and had great spaces to hang out. It was about a 7 minutes drive to downtown and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We did not rent a car and took an Uber to get around.
The house looked and was decorated like the pictures on VRBO.

House was beautiful and described perfectly. We had a an issue on the last night, thus the reason for 3 stars not 5. We were on the last night of our 4 night stay, when my husband and son in law walked to the local food truck vendors to get us some dinner. Approximately 3-5 minutes after the men had WALKED away from the home and were out of sight, we received a knock at the front door. With only 2 of us females in the house, we obviously didn't open the door. I asked who it was and what they needed. A female stated she had stayed in this AirBnB last week and had "left her hoodie in the 2nd bedroom". She insisted that AirBnB told her to come to the house and get it. She became VERY UPSET when we refused to open the door and stormed out the front gate out of the yard. We heard car doors shut and the car sped off. After the men returned with dinner, all seemed fine, although we felt a little on edge. About an hour after the initial incident, both men took the trash out to the can, where they then see a car on the corner with at least 1 person in it with their phone light on. As soon as the person sees my husband and son in law looking, they speed off. I called and notified Vacasa of the issue right then and there. I was told someone would reach back out to us within the hour, that was 72 hours ago and nobody has contacted us. VERY unhappy that for the price per night of this home, we ended leaving 1 night early because we did not feel safe in the home.

The facility was sufficient for our needs. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and decor. Our only problem was the Entry Code was cancelled on our second day and of course the coldest night of the visit without notice. We were locked out and it took awhile for us to get someone on the 800 number to assist us. They informed us that the code was cancelled and a new one was assigned, but we were not notified.

The house was very comfortable and suited our group’s needs. However, the keypad entry never worked for us, and the house was quite dirty when we entered. In total, over our weekend, we killed 6 different bugs, including 2 cockroaches. There were multiple parts of the house that were damaged, including broken sliding closet doors, half cracked outlets, and holes in walls. Additionally, none of the coffee makers in the house worked. We paid to have a very well kept house for this trip, and were disappointed.

Exterior needs some TLC, gas grill was inoperative.
Overall our family of 8 were very comfortable and we loved the place. Plenty of room to hang out and the table was big enough to accommodate all of us.
We would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Case De Miguel! It was the perfect home base for our son's wedding. The neighborhood felt very safe and central to all of our activities around the Austin area. Everything was very easily operated and all that we needed was provided, from toilet paper to trash bags, coffee filters, etc. The house was clean and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each of the bedrooms was extremely helpful as well. You won't go wrong renting this house.
