My sister and I loved our stay at Feelathome Goya Apartments. The receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative, which made a great first impression. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially loved the location — everything we needed was just steps away, including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and public transportation. It was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again. The wifi was awesome!
The only thing I didn't like, was leaving!

The location & proximity to shops eateries etc
Staff should ask or guide on how to handle waste before departure. Guidance ought to have given on the use of the foldable bed & sofa. We only discovered a day before departure.
