Дбайливий та привітний персонал, який володіє англійською, близьке розсташування готелю до метро та іншого транспорту, завжди є гаряча вода
Дуже погана звукоізоляція, не дуже чисто, в бронюванні була вказана тераса, яка не є терасою, також дріт від фену погано ізольований

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Location was perfect, it was close to all major transportation as well as shopping. Plenty of restaurants to dine.

During my one week stay at the Mardia Hotel in Istanbul, I experienced one of the best days of my life. The hotel staff was very kind, patient and friendly, and in many cases they (me and my wife) helped us a lot. We miss the lovely Qadir (hotel owner) and especially the lovely Shayan, I would definitely recommend the Mardia Hotel in every way, you get all the good things like good location, reasonable price, great staff, excellent service and good feeling You can experience in this hotel, please do not miss this good experience
