Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit kleinem Hof und kleinem Anbau - u.a. zum unterstellen unserer Fahrräder. Im Nebenhaus wohnen die Vermieter - bei Bedarf kann man klingeln. Verständigung auf Französich und auch auf Englisch möglich - ich kann kein Französich - unser Sohn zum Glück schon. Da wir später kamen, wartete sie schön in ihrem Hof auf uns. Auch für längere Aufenthalte, wir waren nur 2 Nächte, gut geeignet. Bushaltestelle in Fußnähe - für in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit auch in Fußnähe. Parkplätze in der Straße vorhanden. Sehr schön großes Bad mit Waschmaschine - Wäscheständer im Anbau Küche relativ gut ausgestattet. Schöner Wohnbereich. Auch die Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock schön und gut eingerichtet.
Allerdings eine recht steile Treppe - daher für Familien mit kleinen Kinder eher schlecht geeignet. Für uns war es perfekt.

Un hôte très sympa et accueillant. Un logement très bien situé pour profiter des visites de Troyes. Une découverte pour nous, qui mérite d être partagée ! L emplacement du logement est parfait si vous aimez oublier votre voiture le temps d un WE.

The home was incredibly well furnished, allowing us to even cook for 5 people inside. The owners are very kind and accommodating; it is easy to tell they care about this place and about us having a great time in the region. The dishwasher and washing machine (including dryer) made our 5-day stay super smooth. Thank you!
A little bit dusty here and there, but nothing that could be qualified as dirty.
