We liked the very modern and stylish appartment and equipment. Located direct in the heart of los llanos, everything was easily reachable by foot. With open windows you can hear the sounds and atmosphere of the street, which we found pleasant. The appatment was a Highlight of our stay!

Great central location, very clean and modern, high tech features and facilities. very comfortable beds.

There was no oven in the apartment; it would also benefit from a few small interior design touches to make it more homey.

Everything was excellent. New and modern apartment, good communication. Everything we could have needed was provided - superb attention to detail.

The flat was very modern and comfortable. Every small detail had been thought of, from the location of plug sockets through to a range of excellent lighting options in each room. I really appreciated having access to netflix on the TV and spotify throughout the flat. The location was great too, right next to the main pedestrian area with lots of al fresco dining options nearby. And the bus station is a 5 minute walk away, with buses to destinations across the island. Oh, and the shower was lovely too - one of those big rainfall showers!

The entrance to the apartment building was a bit rough and ready - but apparently they're fixing that up soon. My main gripe is that Lauser only operate in Los Llanos - if they became international, they'd definitely be my go-to accommodation wherever I visited!

Everything! I'd ask everyone to come to Las Palmas and support the local tourism. The island is of exceptional beauty and the hearts of the people of Las Palmas are even more beautiful. The flat is very modern and clean. The wifi is excellent. A joy of a place!

One small thing: there's no free parking in the area. We did park for free, because of the volcano situation (we were told by business owners and neighbors on the street that due to the volcano situation, parking on the streets was free these days). If you need parking, the owners offered parking for 8 euros per day.

Upon arrival the host arranged a translator to guide me around the apartment and explain its ins and outs. Communication over Whatsapp was professional and highly service-oriented. They make you feel like they really care for you. This showed, as I was staying there during the volcanic eruption and they sent me a message that I should not worry for I was not in danger. Initially I booked for 3 days, but I booked 3 extra days because the place was relaxing and very clean. Upon booking 3 extra days staff (mother and a friend, for it's a nice family business) came over to clean the apartment and they arranged fresh towels and bedsheets. Also, don't be fooled by the entrance downstairs: As they are reconstructing the building at the moment there is no sign of Lauser Suites, nor an apartment number. Once upstairs the apartment is amazing! Most definitely recommend it.
