De kamer was zeer schoon, je kon bijna van de vloer eten. Het was ook ruim, had heerlijke stoelen een mooi net keukentje (niet de nieuwste maar goed en alles wat je nodig had was er), een ruime badkamer met een verstelbare douchekop, en een prima slaapkamer.
Het appartement zit boven het huis van de bewoners en als je een motor hebt zoals wij mag je hem als je het vooraf even vraagt stallen in de garage, echt super!
Maar wat ons het meeste bijstond is dat de host die we 3 keer hebben gezien echt enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren, alles werd uitgelegd, nog wat tips over de omgeving en wilde alles weten van onze trip, etc.
Alle voorzieningen zoals supermarkt etc zit in de buurt, het is niet veel keuze maar het is er wel.

Apartment was just as seen on photos. Everything you need for a holiday was available. We stayed 6 nights. Very clean and beds very comfy. Hosts were very friendly and approachable. When we had a problem with the TV it was sorted almost immediately. Surrounding areas were very quiet. All shops and restaurants in walking distance. Definatly stay again.

Ferienwohnung Simmerath-de is an excellent property, a huge premise which we enjoyed thoroughly. There was cooking facilities, as well as washing machine for us to do our laundry. The apartment is easy to find, especially if you are driving, and located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Having a separate bedroom and a large living room made staying in the apartment very relaxing. Communication with the owners, who live next door, is also very easy and convenient. We chose this property in Simmerath, as it is within easy reach to other well-known villages like Monschau and Bad-Muenstereifel. We stayed 3 nights in this property and longer would also have been great.
The property is on the first floor, and the bedroom is located in a room with a sloping roof (like an attic). We kept hitting our heads against the inclined ceiling which is the roof. Took some moments to get used to. But the bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable.
