I really liked the location—it was very close to the bus stops and the port, making it easy to explore the island and travel to other islands. I also appreciated having two air conditioners and a washing machine, all of which worked very well.
As I cook for myself, having suitable kitchen utensils is important to me. Unfortunately, the kitchen was missing some basic items, such as a lid for the frying pan and a chopping board for cutting vegetables.
Guests should be aware that the accommodation is located in the same building where the owner lives with their family. You can hear everything happening on the other side of the wall: the television until midnight, children shouting, the dog barking, conversations, and so on—even after 10 p.m.
The furniture in the accommodation is old, and the shower is uncomfortable because it has a plastic curtain that sticks to your body while you are showering. I do not think installing a glass shower screen would be very expensive, and it would be much more comfortable for guests than a plastic curtain.
The hot water comes from a boiler located in the owner’s part of the building, so the amount of hot water available depends on how much has already been used by the owner’s household.
