L'appartement est décoré avec goût et il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour y séjourner. L'emplacement à Lourdes est assez idéal, avec des parkings gratuits proches.
Je n'ai pas aimé payer un supplément de 21 € par la préparation du canapé-lit ; obtenir les clés a été très complexe, notamment à cause de la caution exigée - par un courriel que je n'ai jamais reçu (et restituée après un délai étonnant de 7 jours calendaires !?!?) ; la cage d'escalier est dans un état déplorable et sans aucun éclairage à la montée - ce qui le rend dangereux ; enfin, la chambre et la salle de bain sont aveugles et sans aucune ventilation, l'appartement devient donc très rapidement trop chaud et humide.
