Very friendly owners and very helpful Good food in restaurant and friendly staff Big rooms, nice bathroom Had very noisy people staying in room above, which children running all round and talking loudly to early hours but thats not really hotels fault just other inconsiderate people

Great location and lovely renovated rooms. We stayed in the top apartment, stairs are wide and easily traversed. Close to San Souci castle (6km) and easy public transport to Berlin ( we drove into Potsdam Station , only 30 mins on the train, otherwise a bus station out front). Nice forest, river walk close by too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

we have been check in to dirty room on a bed sheets was something that look like blood -only one member of personel was helpful (young guy) and change it. There was only one set of towels, no soap - when we ask for more(we arrive 2+2) they inform us that they don't have in stock now. Later we find in fridge - leftovers and trashes in bin. To be honest hotel decided to give us refound, anyway i don't recomed
