Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $163 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: Clean, modern, slick and close to the beach, bay, Boardwalk, and Downtown all in under a five-minute walk. The Dolphin Court Condominiums work great for a few days or even a few weeks stay. Parking is awesome, with a private, dedicated parking space in front of the unit. There’s an outdoor shower and onsite laundry, too. The unit comes with two beach tags for use during your stay. This unit is conveniently situated on Ocean Avenue just steps to Ocean City’s world-famous beach and Boardwalk; perfect for everyone who wants to be in the middle of it all in the heart of the Ocean City hospitality / entertainment district and just outside the entrance to Playland's Castaway Cove amusement park. This first floor walk-out unit is perfect for parents with young children and anyone who needs accessibility without steps. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and 43” Smart TV. The living room has a pull out (full bed) sofa, 55” Smart TV and there’s a brand new, gorgeous kitchen with full size appliances. It’s stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. Order in, cook in the kitchen or simply walk to great food options from all cuisines. This unit is much better and more equipped than a standard Ocean City hotel / motel suite, but also better priced and more private without the hassles of check ins and check outs. Guest Access: Access is easy with smart door locks. Simply share your unique code given a check in (last four digits of booking guest's cell phone) with everyone in your group. No fussing with keys. The Neighborhood: WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS The condo is located only 200 feet from Playland's Castaway Cove. The kids will love this awesome amusement park accessible without even crossing the street. Easily walk to beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more. Getting Around: Getting around Ocean City is super easy. Walk, bike ride, jitney, or easily drive to anywhere on the island within just a few minutes. No need to worry about parking as you will have a very convenient private spot as well as street parking opportunity. This place is everything you would need and want for your extended stay. Jody is also very easy to get ahold of. The location is perfect too I literally have no complaints !

This listing was exactly as pictured. Small, yet cozy - perfect for staying several nights with my husband and baby. Check process was simple, host was helpful and responsive. Would stay here again! The location is fantastic - a short walk from downtown or the boardwalk and beach. Very pleased with our choice to stay here!

Was great up until our stay. These reviews were such a surprise after seeing property. We checked in and these photos are definitely not updated. Did not seem like cleaning was done from last rental. Dirty, mac and cheese on walls, missing closet door, bed was messy, pillows thrown which made us look further into the sheet to find bed bugs. Called host, he was unprofessional immediately dismissing concerns, looking all over the apartment when I clearly stated they were only on the bed. Would not even look at my photos/video of the bed bugs. Had concerns with having our baby sleep here but dismissed all of our concerns. Would not give us our money back. Stayed at a hotel and loved our experience. Glad we got our money back and would never rent from this host again.

Nice 1BR condo very close to the beach and boardwalk. If you are sensitive to noise or light, this may not be the option for you. But if those things don’t bother you, and you want to be near the heart of the boardwalk, the beach, and downtown, then this is a fantastic choice.

My husband & I stayed here for a full week, Saturday to Saturday, & it was a perfect location for us! We usually book at the Impala, but decided to try something different.
The condo is a block away from the boardwalk & was super convenient if we had to run back for anything. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures & it worked out great for the 2 of us. I think if we had more than 2 people with us, it would be a bit crowded. The only downfall for me was the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Not saying it wasn't livable, but you could tell the shower needed attention.
Communication with Jody was easy as he was always available whenever we called with a question.
Again, this is a great place with a great location!

We loved our short stay in OC in this perfect one bedroom. The entire unit was sparkling clean, comfortable and convenient. In less than a few short minutes we were either walking or biking on the OC boardwalk. The king sized bed was ideal for us and we slept great for our 3 night stay. (I even took note of the mattress brand just in case we are looking to buy one). We did not cook in the condo, however, it appeared that the kitchen was well appointed with cooking supplies. The living room was great to hang out in and enjoy our boardwalk pizza. We are hoping to rent this unit again in the future.

My 4&7 year old slept on the pull out, my wife and I took the bedroom. There’s some noise from funland at night but we all sleep right through it, busy days make us tired. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and we’re going for a third next year!

An unforeseen and unavoidable minor maintenance issue was noted upon check-in. Owner was on sight in less than 10 minutes to help us resolve. Ultimate resolve was a little more complex but the owners gave us plenty of options to make sure we were satisfied. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. Every piece of info on the write up is accurate. Would be happy to rent from them again, anytime.

My 2 kids (ages 5&6), husband and I were in Ocean City for the weekend because I ride in the city to shore BikeMS ride. This was the perfect rental for the weekend. All of the pictures and description were accurate, it was clean. and the host was so easy and pleasant no to work with. To top it off, the location was the prime spot! Perfect location to the boardwalk!! Especially with little kids which was ideal!

The location of this condo is perfect for enjoying the beaches and boardwalk. This was our second year staying here. The property was clean and comfortable. May be a bit small for more than 3 people depending on your situation as we felt that we may need more space as our children are getting older.

The apartment looks different in the pictures. In person it’s pretty dark and small. The couch smelled and the AC was awful. Me and my daughter stayed for one night and then moved to the Impala Suites around the corner. If you are on a budget it will probably do but it just wasn’t for us.

Nice unit. Had some internet issues the first day that we had difficultly resolving due to a communication issue with the property manager. Bedroom door does not close. Be sure to bring your own bathing towels along with all of your linens! We also had to purchase 1 beach tag ourselves.

perfect for a long weekend
Place was exactly as advertised- super close to everything, clean, well-maintained. It was very comfortable for my 2 year old and 6 year old (and myself and my husband) and we had a great Memorial Day weekend. Loved the smart TV's for the little downtime we had!

Sofa bed was broken (owner had forgotten to tell us and left an Aerobed airmatress in the closet for us)
Only had a Keurig coffee maker (after I specifically asked if I needed to bring K cups and was told that it worked with cups and grounds).
Conclusion: overall, 4/5 stars. It’s nice, new inside, and you can not beat the location. Seriously, my kids fell asleep listening to the dull din of the rides in Castaway Cove. But I think we stretched the limits of this condo with three kids and two adults, next year I’ll have to save some more (or sacrifice this location) and get a two bedroom place. I don’t want to chance another broken sofa bed....
