- Well located apartment, walking distance to the train station and city centre
- Washing machine (and detergent supplied) was a great plus
- Clean room, equipped with all the necessary tools (microwave, fridge, cups, hangs for clothes, toiletries, etc)
- Big supermarket just 1 min walking and very very good restaurant just downstairs
- We did not smell the strong curry smell other people talked about in the comments, probably because we were the very last apartment on the floor, so not exactly above the restaurant (but it’s true that at the entrance you might smell it)
- The toilet flush makes quite some noise
- The entrance of the building is quite dark and not very “welcoming” but it’s a very quite area around
- The apartment itself is quite old, and the equipment too, but it is functional
- Bed is very very soft

・調理器具やお箸、歯磨きセット等が揃っていたところ。
・札幌駅から徒歩10分位で、便利。
ベッドの土台の木材が緩んでいて、寝返りしたりするたびにギシギシ音がして、気になった。

部屋が割と広く、洗濯機が完備していたこと。
建物の入り口が、ゴミ置き場の隣りで、ハエが飛び交っており、不潔だった点

駅からも近く、アパートの一室だったので広々使えて荷物の整理もしやすく良かった
壁が薄いのか隣の音がよく聞こえた
自分の部屋に誰かいるのか錯覚するくらいだった
