I know I knew the price before…but I think it was pricey for what we got.

Great location very close to the beach, well equipped and comfortable. (The beach nearby is really great: there is an "offical" beach with some restaurants and a relatively shallow pebbly bay - this is usually quite crowded but from there, there is a footpath along the coast leading to a long series of smaller bays and scenic rocky shores, with a lovely smelling pine forest providing plenty of shade. If you go far enough, you can find places that you can basically have to yourself.) The city centre is a bit further but can also be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

There are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the area and unfortunately the windows don't have mosquito nets. (Only the living room has AC, so you really need to keep the windows open at night in the summer heat.) It's difficult to see why the owners don't make this small investment, but apparently it is not standard around there (instead, one is offered those plug-in mosquito repellents which do work but are stinky and unhealthy).
