Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7) Book with confidence, we are following CDC recommendations for COVID 19 cleanings. Online booking and payment, key pad entry, go directly to the cottage, instructions with entry code sent two weeks prior to check-in, fully stocked with all the supplies needed for your stay, just bring your clothes and food. The Sand Bucket Cottage is the best equipped retreat for the money in Pacific Beach. Our cottage features that our competitors do not have such as; hardwood floors, cozy gas fireplace, a full second bathroom with a HDTV with integrated DVD and complementary Unlimited Wi-Fi, Roku player, Hulu, Peacock, HBOMax, Netflix & Disney, FreeVee, Pluto; a gas BBQ, washer dryer, fire pit and all the comforts of home! Others have sought to imitate us, but no-one can match the combination of features, quality and price. Only 1/4 mile to expansive sandy beaches on the most picturesque part of the Washington coast. Sleeps up to 8 people, great for families, with a focus on kid friendly activities with many toys and games. The cottage features two bedrooms, the master has an attached private bathroom and it's own deck to enjoy the morning sun. The over sized front BBQ deck faces west, relax while enjoying the sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides all utensils and gadgets to make your stay comfortable, ample linens and towels are provided for your stay. A short stroll into the town of Pacific Beach, where you can enjoy an espresso while you browse the local gift stores. Perfect get away..a nice walk for coffee in the morning, a fabulous sandy beach also a walk away..or..just stay in this cozy beach cottage that has absolutely everything you could ever need AND nicely decorated. Be a tourist at Ocean Shores or fancy special dinner out at Seabrook..or..stay here and cook in a better supplied kitchen than mine and eat on one of two decks, play games, sit outside by the fire pit and just really enjoy yourself.(side note that should be mentioned..the bed is very comfortable..that can be hard to find with some rentals)

We loved this house. It was the perfect size for our family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. We actually really liked the location and felt it was better than staying down in the cluster of houses in "downtown" Pacific Beach. The drive in beach access is so close to the house! We couldn't figure out how to start the "Mr. Coffee" machine, but that was our problem I'm sure. We would stay again. Thanks!

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend with family. The house was cute and clean and the price, fair. There were two things that could have made the trip even more enjoyable; the house had a strange odor and we couldn't find where it was coming from, and we found the instructions and the remote for the fireplace but we couldn't get it to work. This was disapointing because it was one thing I was looking forward to while staying at the beach in January lol. Other then that, the place waw comfortable and I would stay again.

Sand Bucket Cottage was a comfortable and convenient place to stay along the Washington coast. Near to Moclips, Ocean Shores, and Seabrook. Very dog friendly, comfortable beds, and all the amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy cabin. Itās close to town and the beach. The dogs loved it, too. One unfortunately tasted the sofa, but we are trying to pay that back asap!

The Sand Bucket Cottage is a cute little get away place. It is fully stocked with everything you may need. We had plenty of room for 4 adults with two complete bathrooms and places to sleep. The cottage is cared for but it needs a good, deep cleaning. The outside front deck is a beautiful spot. Replacing the worn out broken furniture and dealing with the overgrown weeds would really make it more appealing. Overall, it is a nice reasonably price place to stay.

Loved having quiet access to play on the beach with our family, as well as a place to retreat after exploring nearby national parks and beaches. Loved it! Planning meals ahead and bringing grocery supplies with us accordingly would make it even better. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Such a cute beach house. Beach access was right down the road, the house even had sand buckets for my kiddos to use. It was a very cozy stay.

Our only complaint was some odors - which may just be from previous guests. The main area smelled a little off, maybe from a pet. The room with bunk beds smelled of cigarette smoke. We now have to wash any items that were in the room to get the smell out.

Cute little quiet cottage
This was a wonderfully idyllic cozy and quaint place to stay. We were 2 families (4 adults 4 kids) and the space worked for us. The town is very quiet (not a lot going on) but the cottage is so close to the beach where we drove on the beach to do razor clamming. Fun times!

The property was cute and in a nice location about a mile from direct beach access. It was clean enough, but it was NOT hotel clean. It needed to be deep cleaned (which clearly had not been done in a while). There were minor maintenance issues all around the property, (front gate needed repair, chips on drawers and baseboards, etc.) that seem to be a sign that the property is not maintained to a high quality standard. I would suggest the property owners do a walk through and make a maintenance and cleaning list before the summer season so their guests are not disappointed in the quality of their stay. I would also recommend putting the property on a regular deep cleaning schedule. Turn cleaning is not enough to keep a property at a high cleanliness standard.

Spacious, nicely decorated, well-stocked and applianced kitchen, nice grounds, decks in front and out back a great feature, as were fireplace and outside grill. Good value and peaceful, relaxed, slice of community, far away from it all.

Everything was perfect!
The sand bucket cottage was a great place to stay! It has such a welcoming cozy atmosphere. My kids found the puzzles and toys right away and felt right at home. Also the location was perfect for us! Close to the quiet beach and not too far from ocean shores if your into the busier type beach. We really loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Absolute gem of a cottage
- The cottage is spotless, and felt very warm. One can instantly tell that the owners place a lot of love and pride in their property. Also, the beds were very comfortable - my back and neck approved .
- Colleen, the owner, is a dream to correspond with. Answers all questions promptly. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests enjoy their stay.
- Location is great. A walk from the beach. it's quiet and near a cute little town.
We LOVED our stay so much that my 8 and 3 year old refused to leave. We will definitely be back.
