Two en suite bunk rooms; one bunk room offers two full beds with twins over. Each room is delightfully decorated to add to your Texas Coast beach experience. The natural lighting throughout the home is a true treat to help make your experience stunning. The elevator is a huge help to those who may need extra help moving through the home. As you walk up the stairs to the second level the room opens and flows right into a huge living, dining and kitchen area. Top of the line appliances to add to the fun of cooking and prepping meals. The huge back patio overlooking the peaceful sand dune is a unique way to help enjoy the best of what Cinnamon Shore has to offer. You are able to relax, dine and cook on the grill right off the kitchen. The third level game room has a Foosball table and a huge LoveSac couch that can sleep people as well. Flat screen televisions throughout with a Sonos speaker system to enjoy your music on will be a hit. Out back you can enjoy a horseshoe pit, cornhole or a relaxing dip in the hot tub. AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun. Just Wanna Have Sun is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Just Wanna Have Sun the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home. STRR#529561

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and we could not have asked for a better experience! The house had everything we need to accommodate our group. We have a little baby and the master bedroom was perfect because it had a large enough ventilated closet to fit his travel crib and give him quiet space. We loved having the elevator access to bring in groceries and our luggage. We were able to walk to the beach and town circle each day with its central location. This will be a trip to remember and one that everyone wants to do over again and stay in this same house!

Our extended family found this house perfect! We had private bedrooms for the adults and bunk beds for kids. The kids and adults loved the game/tv room upstairs. We all loved the 2nd floor very large kitchen with open living space for us all to gather. The house was “beautiful beach” decorated and clean. And my husband and I loved the bed/bath master on the 2nd floor.We rented a golf cart to get our clan to the beach with all the chairs, toys, etc. the cart was delivered prior to our arrival. It was just a short drive to the beach. We loved the nightly drives on the beach in the cart. We had a minor problem upon arrival and I called the number and they were at the house in 10 minutes. Excellent service! We ordered pizza from the pizza place, delish! Went for coffee and ice cream each day! Watched a movie on the lawn one evening with the kids. We rarely left the neighborhood. It was a great place to gather family. Highly recommend!
