Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wirklich schönen Haus. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet für 13 Personen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und helfen sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

This is a very nice clean modern house. There is a 3-5 minute walk to the ski bus to/from Zillertal Arena ski area, which is just 3 minutes away on the bus. Restaurants, groceries and other shops are conveniently located within a 5 minute walk. The house comfortably slept 12 people. We had a very nice stay, and I think it would be quite enjoyable in any season of the year. A few small things to note, which should not detract from your enjoyment: (1) communication with the owners is facilitated if someone in your party speaks German. (2) There is a single living room / dining room with benches doing double-duty for eating and socializing. This compact design maximizes the number of bedrooms in the house, and did not detract from our enjoyment, however some guests might desire a separate living room. (3) There is no washer/dryer available for your use, and no public laundry in Zell am Ziller. The landlord may be able to do laundry for you for a small fee. (4) Lights in the landings on each floor are controlled by motion detectors, which can be annoying in the middle of the night if your spouse gets up to use the bathroom, thus triggering bright hallway lights. (5) On our departure (Saturday), car traffic coming into the Zillertal valley from Germany was brutal, perhaps because of holiday schedules from the Netherlands.

Gelukkig net op tijd om nog boodschappen te doen, voordat we naar onze accommodatie gingen. De accommodatie was bijzonder goed en de omgeving geweldig.

Zoals vorig jaar was alles perfect in orde. De accommodatie was piekfijn en de huisvrouw heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenares. Ideale indeling van het huis voor grootouders met 2 families en hun kinderen. Enigste minpuntje geen wasmachine en droogkast aanwezig.

We kwamen wat te vroeg aan, maar dat was geen enkel probleem we konden direct het huisje gebruiken. Verder prima broodjesservice elke ochtend. Supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Wel iets te ver van de pistes af om te lopen, maar de bushalte is vlakbij (+/- 2 min lopen). Verder is het heel fijn dat voor alle 13 personen er ook échte bedden zijn, géén bedbank oid dus. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en had er ook begrip voor dat we één avond iets teveel lawaai hadden gemaakt - er werd allemaal geen enkel probleem van gemaakt. Als laatste is het huisje misschien wat prijzig in het hoogseizoen, maar het biedt wel alle comfort die je verwacht. Kortom, top!

Haus absolut groß genug für 10 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind. Sehr sauber. Lage zentral und doch ruhig. Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Unterkunft ist gut gepflegt und toll in Schuss. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren alle begeistert und kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wir sind im zweiten Jahr im Haus Arenablick gewesen. Wir wurden wieder freundlich von Sandra empfangen und durften auch vor dem offiziellen Checkin das Haus beziehen. Die Anreise war auch mit dem vielen Schnee ohne jegliche Probleme möglich, da die Straßen ständig geräumt sind.
