We received instructions before arrival. It was not easy to find at first, but we called the host and she replied immediately and helped us to find it. The apartment was as advertised. It was very centrally located.

A nice little apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay. The kitchenette is well equipped with kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery etc so you can make food and drinks if you wish to. The bed is comfortable and the TV offers and wide range of channels. It's like another home. A nice bonus is the private courtyard where you can sit and relax.
The location is great in the historic centre, close to all the main attractions and a short walk from Piazza Erbe.
The bathroom tap in the sink has only cold water. There were a few patches of damp on the ceiling of the bathroom and the room which would need fixing to improve the overall look of the apartment.

Great shower (hot and water pressure); comfy bed and plenty of space; quiet.
It was really warm in the room when we arrived and the AC didn't work the first night. We figured out how to turn it on and cool the room for the rest of the stay.

AC not operating and not for a lack of us trying. 1st night...because it was cool outside, we left the window open but
the street noise was loud and large street light directly outside the window illuminated the room. UGH.
2nd night...we closed the window and blind, took cold showers and slept with no covers and took Tylenol PM.
