It is a bit confusing finding the parking when arriving, but we have been here before so was ok. Great staff and great room. Breakfast is not 5 star but I think anyone can find what they need to get a good start of the day. We had dinner in the hotel on one of the nights and it was almost empty but we were happy with the food we ordered.
When we arrived I saw the signs that we had to pay for any missing towels. I said hotels usually make you wait when you check out to see that we haven't damaged the room. I joked to my wife and said we should have requested a review before getting access to the room.
I shouldnt have joked as I had to go to reception in the morning and ask them to deliver large shower towels as they were missing. They did not ask us to pay for them so all ok :)
