Great location for a one-night stop-over in Beja. The property is right in the centre of the town and there is parking in a square a short walk away. The receptionist was very helpful pointing this out. The rooms are small and basic but clean and comfortable. Good shower.

Everything was as expected, although the breakfast juices were terrible!

+Price / value is amazing. For 50 euro (2 adults and a child) we got a place to sleep and a nice breakfast. +Breakfast deserves a separate mention. Good coffee, the variety of food is limited but all is fresh and tasty. There are fruits, alternative milk. +It is located in the middle of the city. +The water pressure was good. +The staff is very friendly and always ready to help even at night hours.

-Cleanliness. There were plenty of insects in the room. -The door to the bathroom is partially transparent. That was mentioned in other reviews so we were not surprised :) -Not a real downside but something to consider - it is challenging to find a parking spot. What we did - we stopped in front of the door, got into the room, left our belongings there and then left to find a parking place. That might be challenging if you have other cars waiting behind as there is absolutely no place for 2 cars side to side on the street. Check the map we attached where we found the closest available parking spot. It is free from 6PM to 9AM, then each 2h 1.45 euros (June 2026). Should be paid through an application. -Also be aware that if you type a wrong access number to get into the room, the device will trigger an annoying alarm that lasts for ~half a minute and will be bothering other guests :)

the apartment was easy to find. the room was very cozy. the landlord was quite kind and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. The location is perfectly close to the historic center and main attractions of Beja. The rooms were cleaned daily, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay very pleasant.

Everything was good overall.
