Close walking to downtown
The laneway was very narrow for getting the car in even though we were warned of this issue, it was worse than expected
There was a very musty smell in the bottom level of the house which is where two of the bedrooms were located and the carpets need cleaning

Excellent location in heart of Dartmouth with a parking space, but on a very narrow road! All your need is provided in kitchen, could easily self cater if you wanted to.
No storage in any bedrooms, meaning we had to keep everything in our suitcase and bag, didn’t matter to us as we were only staying 3 nights, but would have been frustrating for a longer stay.

The location was excellent although if you have anything bigger than a normal size car access would probably be very difficult as the road is very narrow with a 6ft width restriction
Although we knew it was a town house there was no mention in the description that that the stairs are very steep and narrow. You enter the house at the top where there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room then down fifteen stairs to the lounge and kitchen then down another fifteen stairs to the other two bedrooms. As my wife has mobility issues we couldn’t stay and had to find alternative accommodation
