Ruhan nagyon figyelmes vendéglátó. Segített a programok lefoglalásával. Nagyon finom reggelit készített még akkor is mikor az utolsó nap nagyon korán indultunk a reptérre. A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes, 3 perc séta a központtól egy csendes kis utcában. Szoba modern, jól felszerelt. Ajánlom meleg szívvel mindenkinek.

We had a fantastic time at Cappadocia Balloon Hotel! The owner was exceptionally friendly and attentive to our every need, and the staff was just as wonderful. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and truly makes you feel at home. On top of that, the rooms are spacious and equipped with great hot showers. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

The staff was nice and helpful.
No room cleaning service. Cups and toiletries weren't replaced the next day. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was the same both days.
