A warm welcome was received from Charlotte upon arrival and was much appreciated after such a long journey.
The accommodation is comfortable and of a high standard - I stayed in the ground floor apartment. It is within an easy walk to Par beach and the Railway station. The Welcome Inn is a short walk away, and serves great food as well as being a good stop off for tea/coffee and refreshments after a stroll on the beach. With a convenience store next door, outside can get a little busy at times but this certainly quiets once the shop closes and is definitely handy if you need any supplies.
Local knowledge and recommendations from both Charlotte and Jamie were much appreciated. I visited St Ives (by train) and St Michael's Mount (by car) whilst visiting with family in the local area.
I have already recommended this accommodation when other friends and family come down to this area for visits, and will certainly stay again in the future.
Outside can get a little busy at times but this certainly quiets once the shop closes. With the bedrooms in the back any noise isn't heard if you need to sleep early in the evening. The cars parked along this strength of road can mean that you miss the archway to the parking at the rear of the property, so look out for the store and Inpost lockers and you should be fine.

Great find, excellent location, spotless, friendly and helpful host, couldn’t ask for more.
Lovely decoration, cosy touches and a very helpful guidebook.
Convenient little shop right next door, convenient off street parking and easy check-in.
Couldn’t ask for more so would highly recommend!

We loved how homely it felt and that there was some little extras like milk and other small foodstuffs. It was also great to have parking onsite. Was also a nice surprise to find a couple of streaming services to watch a movie on a rainy day.
Would have loved a couple of ceiling or pedestal fans as it was quite warm upstairs.
