About this house rental
The Estate at Sunflower Hill Farm is a 5-Bedroom Luxury Farmhouse on 24 Acres of land. The property is a hidden gem in Missouri wine country that is tucked away from crowds, but only 5 minutes from the Defiance downtown, Augusta downtown, Klondike Park, and many wineries. No details or high-end features were spared in the design and construction of this beautiful, Napa-inspired farmhouse. The home sits atop the property with a large wrap around porch & two terraces for dining & drinks. Two cozy porch swings & rocking chairs on the porch are the perfect places to sip coffee in the morning, admire our small, growing apple orchard, and wind-down watching the sunset in the evening. The home features hardwood floors, quartz countertops, porcelain tile, custom stonework tile, & Wolf kitchen appliances along with many other high-end features. There is a wine cellar in the basement of the house that is perfect for a private dinner. Finally, we have a cafe on the property that is open daily, that you can purchase breakfast, lunch, drinks, & many more from! Although the cafe is open to the public, the home & attached patios are private to you.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sunflower Hill Farm! The view from the deck was astounding and I found myself gravitating to it often. I took advantage of the view, the grounds, and the nearby trails any chance I could while we were on property. The house is beautifully designed and worked perfectly for our group of 6. We would love to come with additional visitors next time. I also thoroughly enjoyed our meal from the cafe.

We’re in town for a wedding and enjoyed a most magnificent stay at Sunflower Hill Farm.The host was extraordinarily gracious, & the setting beautiful and relaxing.The food in the café was healthy and scrumptious.The owners and staff went above and beyond in every manner possible.

We loved staying at this property. The owner and property manager are really lovely and the property itself is great for a large family traveling together. The only thing to note is there are no bathtubs if you have small little ones, but not something you can’t work around. The place is spacious and the cafe down below is a great gem. We will definitely stay again.
