About this house rental
Wood cabin with 3 private bedrooms sitting on the bank of the beautiful Toccoa river.
This property has over 100' of private Toccoa River shoreline frontage, offering many outdoor activities:
- Sit on the river bank or wade in to go fishing for rainbow, brown, and brook trout
- Launch kayaks or tubes into the river from the house for a leisurely float down to Curtis Switch boat ramp, Horseshoe Bend Park, or the cities of McCaysville & Copperhill, or launch at the Lake Blue Ridge dam to arrive at the house by boat
- Have a picnic and campfire while watching the herons, eagles, and hawks flying along the river
The home has a large screened-in porch facing the river with lounge chairs and an dining table. Amenities in the lawn / along the river bank include a patio with Weber gas grill, a large picnic table, horseshoe pits, 2-person swing, and a fire pit with seating for 6.
The master suite offers a private bathroom, king size bed, and separate thermostat / air conditioning unit. Two additional bedrooms include queen size beds.
Unlimited high-speed WiFi and wired internet is included. The desk / work area with river-facing window has power, phone, and wired internet connection, offering an excellent spot to work remotely, with plenty of internet speed for video conferencing.

You can stop lookingThis IS the place ! Absolutely the best stocked , comfortable cabin I’ve rented in my years of using Vrbo! All the extras to cook you might need. We enjoyed back porch dining , hot tub evenings , LEVEL driveway such a plus! Beautiful river front complete with rocking chairs in deck over the water. Comfortable beds even plus blankets provided for snuggling on couch. Steps up to house are a bit steep however even with my knee issues I managed with holding on to bannister . Location close enough to town yet remote . I hope to stay again in the future we had a lovely much needed break while here

This place is amazing I wish I could have stayed longer than the two nights I had there. The fish weren't biting while we were there but certainly it was a great fishing hole right off the back porch. The cabin had everything we needed as others have said. Truly it made me want to move to the area to enjoy the low-key vibe and way of life.

Awesome Location! We walked out a few steps and began fishing. Nice and comfortable cabin. My son, grandson, and I really enjoyed our stay. We are planning a return visit.
