Unit D104 (License Number: STR-079) allows pets and is 2 blocks away from Buena Vista's Whitewater park where visitors can kayak, tube, river board, swim, and fish along the Arkansas River. This condo allows for snowmobile truck and trailer pull-through parking right next to the unit. This condo is also 2 blocks away from the Main street where visitors will find restaurants and shopping. This property is within a short walk to almost everything Buena Vista has to offer. For those who are skiers/snowboards; We are 45 minutes to Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper, 75 minutes to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resort, and 90 to Vail Ski Resort. Also, Buena Vista is one of the best spots in the state for snowmobiling and snowshoeing. COVID19 cleaning procedure are in place based on guidance from VRBO, Chaffee County public health and State of Colorado. This home is personally disinfected thoroughly before and after each guest. This home was lovely. A wonderfully stocked kitchen and great location. Clean and bright with comfortable beds and lots of games included for family fun.

This sweet condo was perfect for my husband & I and our hound dog Duke. The views are incredible, it was quiet & had a dog park! Great area to walk out dog AND we walked to everything in town, no need to drive. Walked to the river to hike and lots of great restaurants. We even had to change our dates because of our son's work schedule & the host was able to accommodate us. We'll stay here again!

Enjoyed the property - clean and updated. Kitchen was stocked nicely for weekend cooking. Located close to the river, Surf, brewery and downtown allowing easy access.

We had some very noisy neighbors above us. This unit is no very soundproof. Also we were heating some breakfast burritos in the oven. The oven started pouring out smoke from not being cleaned. Had to air out unit. Cut our trip short because of the noise.

We had another super stay at this great property in BV! Just like our first visit, the condo was ready when promised and clean when we arrived. The location is just a short walk from both main street and South Main. Ann, the host, is always responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying again soon!

The condo itself was dang near perfect. Plenty of space for myself, my wife, and my son in one bedroom and my father-in-law in the other. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room were comfortable and spacious for what little time we spent in the condo. We were a 15-minute drive from the wedding venue for the wedding we were attending and numerous other destinations. Best of all, we were a short walk from downtown. We loved the newly renovated and beautiful home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy Buena Vista.

Loved the location and property just as shown. Ann very accessible anytime I reached out. Was an easy walk to downtown BV or to newer area of S Main. Loved the Roastary coffee shop and we used BV keep rentals! Would definitely use this property again!!! Bed very comfy too!!

Great clean and spacious condo. We had a short stay (2-night) but everything was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Love the ‘no carpet’ flooring. Makes the place feel very clean and modern. Great place to stay if you are in the area to hike the mountains. My Harvard is now checked off the list!

Wonderful Buena Visita Condo
The condo is clean modern and welcoming! Well stocked with everything we needed and the owner is very nice. We appreciated the condo was dog friendly loved the location close to the beautiful Arkansas River, outdoor recreation and Main Street. We got to see three deer cross the river one morning it was magical! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great condo in a great location
The condo is newly renovated and has everything you need, including very comfy beds. The views and location and great. It's just a few minutes walk to town. It's also on the first floor so it is only a few steps up, if you have kids, strollers, etc. There is a little fenced in dog area for the condos right in the parking lot as well.

This is a lovely condo that is very comfortable and well stocked. Excellent location - a few blocks from Main St, South Main, and the river park. The owner is also very easy to communicate with. Stayed here with family and we all enjoyed it!
