The room was unbelievably big, clean and comfortable. I rarely sleep well in a hotel, but this time I did. The Greek lady at the kitchen was extremely friendly and made me want to stay even more. I was just here for work, but I will certainly stay here from now on, as I need to visit Hagen every year. The breakfast was very good too
The one thing missing was a small fridge in the room. i needed to keep my medication in the fridge and that was the onl downside which is not really one.

Super nice and very helpful staff. The breakfast was very high quality and super tasty. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great location near everything.
Only downside: A bit troublesome to arrive by car because of roadworks outside the hotel when we stayed there.

Room was superb, better than it looked in the pictures. Very clean everywhere. The staff were really helpful and breakfast had lots of choice
There was no safe or fridge in the room or a bottle opener to open the bottles you can buy from their own out of hours supply
