Très bonne expérience dans cet appartement à Osaka !
L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de Nipponbashi et de la tour Tsutenkaku, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des différents quartiers et de faire beaucoup de choses à pied.
Comme pour notre logement précédent, il n’y avait pas de personnel sur place. Toutes les informations nécessaires nous avaient été communiquées en amont et tout était parfaitement clair. Aucun problème pour récupérer le logement.
L’appartement est également un vrai point fort : il est suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir 5 personnes, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsqu’on arrive avec les bagages. Le logement est propre, agréable et bien organisé.
Les équipements sont présents et fonctionnent correctement, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment pratique et confortable.
Au final, nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Une adresse que nous avons particulièrement appréciée pour notre séjour en famille à Osaka.
À noter toutefois : l’immeuble, vu de l’extérieur, ne paie pas forcément de mine, et les couloirs sont assez sombres. Cela peut donner une première impression un peu mitigée en arrivant.
Mais une fois la porte de l’appartement franchie, changement d’ambiance : le logement est lumineux, agréable et bien plus chaleureux que ne le laisse penser l’extérieur. Au final, l’apparence de l’immeuble ne reflète pas vraiment la qualité de l’appartement.

空間寬敞、地點離地鐵近、超市也近。生活機能便利。
沙發椅的布料面蠻髒的、還有頭髮。住四樓沒電梯有點辛苦，不過以這個價位CP很高。

Situable for kids and if you're still cooking for the family. You basically have everything around you. Supermarket, 7eleven, playground, drugstores and Ebisucho station are just 3-5mins walk. You are staying just behind Den Den Town (for anime, toys, figures, electronics tax free) . Kimono/Yukata rental shop is also close by. You can see Tsūtenkaku tower from the street as Shinsekai Market is just 9-10mins walk
We arrived during the first day of the heatwave so the house was really warm. The bedroom doesn't have a curtain. So the heat of the sunlight came in directly to the room which made it even worse.
But it was quickly sorted out after we informed the host. They came in and hanged the rail and curtain.
The airco worked just fine although I hope it could be stronger , they also have a stand fan in the living room. 👍🏻

Fantastic location: Close to everything and super convenient.
Spacious layout: Plenty of room to move around.
Poor cleanliness: The apartment was very dusty throughout.
Dirty linens: Even the bedsheets were covered in dust, which caused frequent sneezing.
