About this house rental
After several months of work, we have brought back to life the house of my grandparents, come and discover La Maison de Gaston in Villars!
Entirely renovated in 2020 with quality materials, the furnished rental was classified 4 stars by the tourist office in August 2020.
The main room has a beautiful open view and enjoys the first rays of sunshine of the day. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fan oven, dishwasher, induction cooker and fridge/freezer, with a dining table facing the view. The living room has two very comfortable armchairs, free broadband internet and a television (Orange channels).
The house has a bedroom with a 160cm bed (French bedding), a closet and a desk, a 10m² bathroom with an Italian shower, a double basin, a large mirror, a closet and a dressing table, a laundry room with a toilet and a washing machine.
The apartment is heated and air-conditioned with a heat pump.
The beds are made up on arrival and towels and household linen are available.
Outside, the private terrace has 2 arbors for shade, quality garden furniture, an electric plancha, a panoramic view of the hills and the Luberon.
A locked bicycle garage with two bicycles and two helmets is available.
Gaston's house no longer has a jacuzzi.
Situated at the edge of the village, near the boulodrome, at 2 min walking distance you will also find a bakery "bread cooked in the wood fire", restaurants and the Bar des amis; possibility to order take-away meals at the Bar des amis
The house is located in a quiet area, there is very little traffic. You can park your car nearby.
Villars is located on the circuit of the ochres by bike : https://www.veloloisirprovence.com/page/les-ocres-a-velo.
For cycling lovers, the Mont Ventoux is located 50 kms away. You can also take advantage of the numerous hikes nearby, the Colorado Provençal and the villages of the Luberon such as Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste and Gordes. Other activities such as climbing in Buoux are very close. Books and IGN maps are at your disposal to prepare your stay.

Sehr nette Eigentümer, die das Haus ihrer Großeltern liebevoll renoviert haben. Super Lage mitten im kleinen Ort mit 4 sehr guten Restaurants, davon nur eins nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöne Radwege und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui est très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ et l'on a pu profiter du gîte jusqu'à notre départ l'après-midi. Le gîte est impeccable, tout neuf et très bien conçu, il ne manque rien et la cuisine est toute équipée. On a pu profiter du jaccuzzi avec vue sur les étoiles et pas de vis à vis, car la maison en face est inoccupée. La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable et il y a des terrains de pétanque juste à côté. On a pu en profiter car la propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de nous mettre à disposition des boules de pétanque. Elle nous a aussi prêté des vélos ce qui nous a permis de faire une partie du circuit cyclable des ocres qui passe juste à côté. Le gîte est calme mais très bien situé dans ce joli village du luberon, on a pu profiter de la boulangerie et des restaurants qui sont à 2 minutes à pied.
Une adresse que nous retenons sans hésiter pour notre prochain séjour !
