I liked that the facility was well kept and tidy. I appreciated their shuttle service (especially from and to the airport) as well even though it was quite pricy around the city. The fact that they serve food and have a spa is a great addition too. The staff were absolutely wonderful (helpful and attentive) including the shuttle driver.
Having a sensitive sense of smell, I didn't like that the bathroom at the single rooms had a constant water/sewerage smell. However, the apartment bathrooms were fine. The hot water was also not warm at all. However, that didn't bother me much as the weather was lovely and didn't necessarily require warm water.

Very friendly staff.
The double rooms are located in the basement. The room was quite big, but dark and very musty. There was a foul smell of drains coming out of the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre at best. It took forever to get hot water in the shower, water supply was also an issue.
