The property is very nice and located in a quiet residential area but close enough to the marinas and other attractions.Overall, very comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything was clean and tidy.Thank you!

Gotta be honest. Lost AC and WiFi 2 days into trip. No communication except WiFi was fixed saw a handy man working on AC. Never got fixed and never heard from anyone again. Place is clean and things can be a struggle in Briland but a fan would have been nice. The pack of dogs that stay on each side of the house are deafening 24 hours a day. I know that’s not the rental’s fault but if multiple barking dogs outside your windows bothers you. Stay somewhere else or bring earplugs.
