Ótimo custo benefício e localização. O hostel é uma graça e tem ótimas comodidades. Atendimento do hostel nota 10. Tive problemas com relação a deixar alimentos na geladeira e armário, pois pegaram. E uma outra colega teve seu pertence no quarto danificado. É difícil controlar esses pontos num hostel, mas câmeras em pontos estratégicos que não pertubem a privacidade mas permitam a apuração das ocorrências é fundamental.

Gostei muito da experiência no hostel. O ambiente é agradável, tranquilo e bem localizado, com uma atmosfera acolhedora que faz a estadia ser confortável. A equipe sempre foi educada e prestativa quando necessário. Para quem busca um lugar com bom custo-benefício em Ubatuba, é uma opção interessante.
Não tenho pontos negativos relevantes a destacar. Como toda experiência de hospedagem, sempre existem pequenos detalhes que podem ser ajustados, mas, no geral, minha estadia foi positiva e dentro das expectativas.

The location and amount of space
Three essential things needed in a hostel - sleep, wash and charge your phone. None of these were possible as: the beds are so flimsy you wake up anytime someone above or below moves, there’s no plugs to charge your phone (one plug at the bottom split between three people) none of the showers functioned properly (was impossible - was either burning hot or ice cold, even for Brasil)
