Everything was fine. I and my partner didn't expect much so we were ok with the regular standard of the city hotel. The room size is ok not large but good enough for two persons with 2 big luggage. The location is pretty good.
However, we had a bad experience here. Firstly, we stayed 1 night then checked out and came back again 2 days later. After the first night, we checked out and left some luggage before going out to travel in Sapporo then I realized I forgot my sweater in the room that we checked out. The night before I planned to wear it so I left it on the hanger but in the morning I changed my mind to wear something else and I forgot to put it in the bag before leaving the room, so I was sure I left it there. I had no worry about this at my first thought as I always had a good experience about forgotten items in Japan. At night when we got back to the hotel, I told the staff about this, they said nothing was found in our check-out room??? I was very surprised and hoped that they could find my cloth later on. 2 days later when we came to check in again I tried one more time to ask them but they kept saying nothing was in that room. I believe that they hired foreign maids to clean the room and they might steal anything they found people left in the room...I hope the hotel management should take this more serious because this might impact the hotel reputation in a bad way.
