The staff were friendly and understanding my needs. The hotel cleanliness. Available amendies.
Lack of communication between the hotel management and kitchen staff. I booked for a BB for two nights. This means including free breakfast. When I went for the breakfast, they Asked me to pay. I had to resolve the issue with the reception staff.

That it was within the so called CBD and within walking distance of all conveniences. Good restaurant off on the premises.
The street behind the room was extremely noisy throughout the night. Found it hard to sleep. The glass above the room main door was missing making an easy route possible for mosquitoes. The area is almost always tragic gridlocked making it impossible to get in and out of the hotel by taxi.
