The Place was really big, so even if there was a lot of people, you were not feeling the crowd. Amazing sea and all the services
The only thing that disappointed me was the quality of the dolmades at the restaurant, all the other foods were excellent and the chef was even preparing special food for my son that has allergies.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, especially the Asian staff members. They were always attentive and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
The facilities and rooms are quite dated and do not feel modern. The overall cleanliness could also be improved. Perhaps because the rooms and furnishings are quite old, they did not always look or feel very clean. Although this is advertised as a 5-star hotel, in my opinion the quality of the rooms is closer to a 3.5-star standard.
The food selection was also quite limited and lacked variety. Breakfast and snacks were almost the same every day, which became repetitive during our 7-night stay.
The evening entertainment was quite disappointing and repetitive as well. There were not many interesting shows or activities. Most evenings mainly consisted of bingo, quizzes and simple games hosted by the entertainment team. For a 5-star resort, we expected a much more varied and engaging evening programme.

Property and grounds were lovely.
We stayed in the older part of the building so slightly more dated looking in those areas.
Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful.
10 min taxi into Kardamena which was great, also very close to airport.
Slighted dated in some of the older buildings.
Bed wasn’t very comfortable, very flat hard mattress.
For a 5 star resort, drinks and food do not reflect that.
Buffet cold, cheap drinks and basic entertainment, compared to other 5 star resorts I’ve stayed in I was very disappointed and for that reason would not return.
