Proximity to central Canterbury. Staff were very responsive. We only had ine towel at check in - very shortly after request was sent a second towel was provided. Very clean and comfortable beds. Was very quiet while were were visitinf (off season). Availablity of luggage storage for pre / post checkin. Bathroom and shower were glean and large!
Room was quite small - but adequate for a short visit.

A large seperate living and sleeping area. And TV in both areas.
The shower was large and the decor was excellent.
In the centre of Canterbury everything was easy to access, pubs theatre and of course the cathedral itself.

This is absolutely in a wonderful location. It was huge and clean with coffee and tea a small kitchen and with a fridge. We loved this place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Windows don’t all shut
Smell of cannabis coming from bottom flat
Sofa had holes
Bedding needs changing
Could do with a revamp/ update
Needs a deep clean
