We enjoyed the homemade breakfast, the beautiful garden and balcony, and the overall cleanliness of the property. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re going to the kite lagoon.
The host was friendly throughout most of our stay. However, after we asked whether it would be possible to change our checkout time and booking, the atmosphere noticeably changed when it couldn’t be arranged. We completely accepted that it wasn’t possible, but unfortunately we felt less welcome on our last day. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly and left a slightly bitter aftertaste to an otherwise pleasant stay.
The walls are also quite thin, so you can easily hear guests in the neighboring rooms. In addition, the toilet flush kept running and didn’t stop properly.

Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Lorendana and her staff were very polite and friendly. Easy walking to the kite spot, we used FollowtheWind for launching/landing and big kite hire, who were great. The garden was immaculate.

Super close to the kitesurfing on the lagoon. I was alone so I had plenty of room in the apartment- friendly owner making nice breakfast everyday - the use of the kitchen a big plus for me

* The homemade breakfast, with both sweet and savory options as well as fresh fruits.
* The view from the shared rooftop.
* The little garden is beautiful and relaxing.
* Construction work woke us up every day at 7:30 a.m. The hotel manager said there was nothing they could do, but they should have reached an agreement with the neighbor to delay the noise until after 9 a.m. during the works. The neighbor actually seemed willing to do so. It’s a shame, and hopefully this will be addressed for future guests.
* We also didn’t appreciate being asked not to leave a negative review because “the situation is external.” Charging full price while the conditions are clearly impacted still remains the hotel’s responsibility.
* The manager not speaking English made communication difficult.
* Rooms 1 (and probably 2) are particularly noisy, even without the construction work, as they are located on the ground floor directly in front of the kitchen and breakfast area.
