Muito quente e sem ventilação , impossível acomodar uma família.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência muito negativa com esta acomodação. Viajávamos com duas crianças pequenas e o imóvel não oferecia condições adequadas de conforto térmico, especialmente considerando o calor intenso da região. O ar-condicionado existia apenas em um quarto muito pequeno, enquanto a sala — onde ficava o sofá-cama — era extremamente quente e abafada, mesmo com ventilador, tornando inviável dormir ou permanecer no local. O anúncio informava que não havia possibilidade de acomodar mais pessoas, e de fato o espaço não comportava todos com conforto. Justamente por isso, a anfitriã chegou a oferecer colchões para serem colocados no quarto com ar, o que confirma que a acomodação não atendia adequadamente à ocupação contratada. O banheiro não possuía ventilação adequada, contando apenas com uma abertura (buraco) para o corredor interno, o que agravava o desconforto. Também foram encontrados pelos de animal na roupa de cama, apesar de o anúncio informar que animais não são permitidos. A anfitriã foi informada no terceiro dia de estadia, quando já estava claro que o local não atendia às condições mínimas de conforto e saúde para nossa família. Diante da impossibilidade de permanecer no imóvel — inclusive por motivo de saúde de uma das crianças — fomos obrigados a sair e buscar outra acomodação. Apesar disso, não houve qualquer flexibilidade ou devolução dos valores referentes às diárias não utilizadas, mesmo diante das falhas relatadas. Não recomendamos para famílias com crianças nem para quem necessita de um ambiente minimamente confortável para descanso e trabalho.

Ap bem organizado e limpo

TV não pega YouTube nem canais aberta e tbm sem aplicativos de streaming, levei um Ps5 hdmi não pegou, ambiente extremamente quente, ar não gela bem, sem lugar para estacionar com segurança, pois a rua muita apertada, chuveiro sai pouca água, não tinha colchão reserva pois estávamos em 4 pessoas, cama quebrada inclusive tinha cx de ferramenta q servia como calço.

Lugar muito aconchegante, e do Lurdes um amor de pessoa, nos deu dicas e tudo mais.
