We stayed at Gina's place while visiting a friend in BA. The home looks just as pictured. Everything was clean * comfortable. Our small dog, Heidi, really enjoyed having a yard to run in. We would definitely stay here again. Gina was quick to answer any questions.

We were in town to see a concert at the BOK center, and this cute house was perfect for four adults! Clean, easily accessible, and only about a 20 minute drive from downtown Tulsa. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay short term or long term. We will for sure stay here again when we come back to town! Thanks Gina for such a great stay!

I rented this property for my parents and brother. They really enjoyed how quiet it was. My father uses a wheelchair/ scooter and it was accessible through the garage. Overall they enjoyed their stay. Plus Gina was fantastic answering any questions.

It was just what we needed in a family neighborhood. Safe area and close to my clinic. Everything was clean. I have to cook my own meals right now and the kitchen was well stocked for that. We would stay again.

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and how great our host, Gina S, was during our recent stay in Broken Arrow, OK. The property was exactly as described. We had everything that anyone needs to enjoy a stay (we stayed a month!). Very accommodating for our fur babies too! Would highly recommend this listing for anyone that needs a place in BA. The host is absolutely a 5 Star but only because we can’t give her a 10 star!

We used this for our home base while scouting out the area. It was a reasonable location for most everything. The house was nice, clean, and very importantly had good internet so that I could continue working from there. Only thing I'd say about it was that if you're looking for something close in to Broken Arrow, this place is 15 minutes out from the Rose. Everything else was great.

You’ll find this house to be a real at home stay. Very clean and in a quite part of town. A little out of the way from downtown broken arrow but is well made up for it’s access to the freeway. Will stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

This property is clean and furnished perfectly . Just enough to be homey without being cluttered. The cow paintings are the best. Beds are super comfy. The neighborhood is congenial and nice for a dog walk. We were all very comfortable and found this cute house relaxing and welcoming.

Great host and set up for my family. Perfect communication and information shared. Just enough room for us to be together and have some alone time. Beautiful backyard. We really appreciate access to the garage!!! We will definitely try this one again.

This would be a great choice when visiting the Tulsa area. The home is well maintained, very clean, and quite comfortable. The owner responds quickly to any communications you may have. The location has easy access to anywhere you would want to visit in the Tulsa area. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again if visiting the Tulsa area.
