Mooie luxe kamer, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en een mooi zwembad. Hotel ligt gunstig om bijvoorbeeld naar Verona te gaan om andere mooie plekken.

La piscina era giusta per passare un paio di giorni tranquilli visitando la Valpolicella e Verona. Camere discretamente attrezzate.
I prodotti di cortesia bagno erano scarsi .

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per una notte e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. Un soggiorno piacevole, reso ancora più speciale dalla gentilezza e dall’accoglienza del personale. Un elogio particolare al servizio bar della piscina: eccezionale! Il personale è davvero bravissimo, gentile, disponibile e sempre attento. Complimenti a tutti, tornerò sicuramente!
L’unica nota negativa riguarda la colazione. Il servizio era previsto fino alle ore 10:00 e noi siamo scesi intorno alle 9:30, quindi con ancora mezz’ora a disposizione. Purtroppo, però, c’era ormai pochissima scelta e diversi prodotti erano già terminati.Il personale, invece di provvedere spontaneamente a rifornire quanto mancava, continuava a pulire i tavoli come se il servizio fosse già terminato.La cosa curiosa è che, quando è arrivata una responsabile, improvvisamente tutti si sono messi a lavorare con grande rapidità e attenzione!
