The room is pretty spacious and close to the pool. The host was also quick to reply whenever I had any questions.

nice room. got a few of extra pillow etc. very good
we faced difficulties to collect room key. the locked box was not functioning. we tried to open it using the code given by the host. falied. ended up with waiting the staff to come and they cant open it too. so they had to open the box manually. took us approximately 30 mins just to collect the car key. the staff didnt say sorry or anything. this made us more disappointed.

Room is clean. Got water boiler, microwave, cutleries(bowl plate etc)
Has difficulties opening the door with their code. Need to try few times only can. Inconvenient for me because I had a 3 yr old with me. At first they give wrong pass code. The second pass code was correct but door was still difficult to open . Aircond not that cold and leaking. Hopefully they will improve . Tq
