It was a very comfortable studio flat. Clear instruction on how to gain access..

We stayed in Studio One last week and in Studio 2 this week. We were very surprised to receive numerous texts and emails asking why we only given Studio one a 9 out of 10 (which we considered to be very high)

Handy pied-a-terre for a visit to friends nearby

Compact bedroom-bathroom combo with an excellent shower; as noted in the description, only minimal catering provision. Clean and comfy with an outside table and chairs as a nice little extra, and you get a key to a very convenient outside gate. Located on a peaceful residential estate, you can expect a quiet night. Short walk to Staines centre. Vester sent us the house-number via Booking.com message, as well as instructions about behaviour (understandably concerned about noise/disturbance to neighbours) and photos clearly showing how to find the studio-entrance; when we confirmed arrival time, key was left inside door. She ended up waiving the security deposit which was nice of her. This property was ideal for us as it is just round the corner from friends who were unable to put us up due to work being done on their house. It wouldn't have suited us for a longer stay or one where we needed to self-cater. This is *not* a complaint as the description of the studio makes it clear what the facilities are. Mugs/plates/glasses were provided (as well as kettle, microwave and mini-fridge); you *could* eat a takeaway meal here, but tbh I would have been terrified to try and wash the very elegant wine goblets in the tiny bathroom sink, I'd have been too afraid of breaking them!

To hot like a sweatbox uncomfortable and too many rules

Not much place is not fit for the purpose.

The place has too many stupid rules it's basically a converted garage and a half too small with no facility for heat it's like a sweatbox owners are far too pushy wanting to know what time you leave I said I was leaving around 4am but I become I'll overnight then they are banging on your door at 4 am then saying you should let them know of any changes even though the room is paid for till check out I left at 9am they are still not happy as they was not told about this. Ridiculous property stuck on the side of the house. The bathroom floor is all cracked and could easily cut your foot open I don't recommend it for more than a night.

Expensive considering it was just a bed. Descent shower but towel looked like it had been used 1000 times.

Great place to stay.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet so a good nights was had. Great location as not far from Staines shopping centre and train station.

Everything was bad.

Too much of policing. Total privacy was stolen by watching on CCTV. I had a friend visit me for 2 hours as it was am emergency, but the host created a problem and BOOKING.COM emailed me demanding an immediate response. I was simply emailing them back and forth and couldn't rest or do my work. In fact I checked in at 12pm and checked out at 4pm, because I couldn't handle the stress. I gave used BOOKING.COM for over 8 years. But this is the first time I had such an awful experience. Never again.

Absolutely Perfect

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The room was spotlessly clean and is equip with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is very peaceful and a quick walk to the shops and the town centre. The host Seva is brilliant in every possible way and always checking up on us to see if we are okay and if we needed something. I wish that every place we stay at could be like this and also managed the way Seva does. I would highly recommend staying at Studio 1 hence the reason we extended our stay by 18 days. Well done Seva- Thank you for your hospitality and being a great host.

Excellent in all respects, would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. Seva messaged me to check everything was ok each day. Highly recommend to solo travellers or couples.

Exceptional

The self containment of it and the opportunity to get out to all the necessary supplies. Booking was easy online and staff responded quickly and professional in a kind and caring manner.

Amazing little studio with all the amenities needed and close to Staines train, airport *(LHR), Two Rivers Shopping Centre, and Staines Moor public foot paths and walks. Also quiet and near a small open park!

It was exactly as described - clean and comfortable with all amenities. Even though it was attached to the house, there was no noise and the host was very helpful and always responded to any queries.

At first it is quite difficult to find but other than that everything was absolutely fine!
