This property was as advertised. Cute, clean, well-taken care of. The decor is bright and cheery and the rooms are spacious. Location is great, and it is within walking distance to multiple interesting places. We had a great experience and will come back to this property next time we stay in Fredericksburg!

Very nice property. The only suggestions were to clean the cover to the hot tube and the water pressure to the showers was inconsistent.

The house is very convenient to downtown. We were 3 couples and the set up worked great for us.

My 2 cousins, and our spouses stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend. It was perfect, everyone had their own beautiful bedroom & bathroom. We walked to main area in Fredericksburg. We will for sure stay at this house again next time to travel to Fredericksburg...such a beautiful home!
