The location of the house was central, making it easy to walk to the lovely town and shops. The property was beautiful inside, clean and spacious. A home from home. The additional bathrooms were ideal for the family size and the kitchen had everything you needed and more.
There were nice touches in the children's bedroom. My little boy discovered an art pad where guests have drawn and coloured drawings and he was also inspired to leave a drawing. .
My daughter left her prized pillow at the end of the trip and the owner kindly went the extra mile, by posting it back to us, which was amazing. I have never been to Norfolk before but would definitely return for a longer stay given such a positive experience 😊
The check out time was strict, a 15 minute leeway would have been amazing.

This property is in a great location in Holt. It also has three bedrooms, two doubles and one with bunk beds, so it suited me, my daughter and my young grandchildren very well. It also has a nice, little garden.
Beds and bed linen, towels etc lovely!

Property was a brilliant location for Holt and allowed us a lovely 1night in August :) making things easier when travelling with 3x children
Everything we could possibly need with comfortable sofas and beds.

Very good location a few minutes from the town. Modern kitchen and separate spacious living room. Downstairs loo. Two bathrooms upstairs inc. an en-suite and main bathroom.
No wardrobes in the bedrooms. As the photo shows, the bedrooms only have these clothes storage units. Very creaky floorboards upstairs.
