Attention to detail and hosts always go the extra mile to ensure the comfort of the customers.
Breakfast was plentiful and service was excellent. Room was spacious and clean.
It’s a little bit away from Goreme centre but still accessible.
Rooms might benefit with some room fragrance and extra toiletries.

The host Jan is wonderful, very attentive, organised and kind. I was travelling with my mum who is 81, which seemed to surprise people, she had a great time. It’s a great location with a beautiful view and very close to the rose valley. I much preferred being away from Goreme centre and it was so quick and easy to get everywhere in a taxi and there were lots of food options within 2 mins walk from the hotel, from nice restaurants to bars and cafes. We had a wonderful stay. The hot air balloon experience was simply amazing, one of the best experiences of my life.

Location. We are family traveling with our parents and kid. There was parking available at the hotel. Turkish kahve in the morning was excellent. Hand made not from the factory.
