Apartment was good, it is not too far from public transport and a short journey from Milan center. Lady at the reception was nice, we were able to leave our bags at the reception before check-in.
We booked apartment with balcony (paid extra compared to normal room) but we got apartment with no balcony. The sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep (was ok for one night). The walk from public transport stops to accommodation is not very pleasant late at night if you are travelling solo. Hard to find someone at reception sometimes, the morning of us leaving no one was answering the reception door or the phone.

Close to metro. Apartment was clean
Washing machines are in another block but no information stating this. One on each floor but first 2 were out of order. Clothes airer had been fixed with ropes where the metal rungs had been. Beds are very soft so we found them uncomfortable. No housekeeping over the 4 days so although they advertise toiletries provided they don't replenish including toilet roll. Very little provided. No kettle in apartment. It is close to a railway track and trains can be heard so earplugs are necessary if you're a light sleeper
