Location was perfect: literally less than five minutes walking from the train station and a big supermarket. Within 10-20 minutes walking to the center and everything worth seeing in Trieste. The good-sized, well-designed room has everything you need for a city visit: comfortable beds with nice reading lamp, nice bathroom with a great shower, nespresso machine with plenty of capsules, snacks, water. Got spot-on suggestions for restaurants and coffee places!
Make sure you have the right mobile phone of the hotel's owner/employee with you, as there is no doorbell directly connected to the hotel

The property was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Nice touches like coffee, milk and breakfast items available. Staff are extremely helpful and attentive.
The room was a little dark with not a lot of natural light. Balcony isn’t really a balcony just an area outside the bedroom overlooking the entrances to other rooms.

The very unusual and steep staircase leading to our sleeping quarters in the loft. THANKFULLY there is a seco d bathroom upstairs!!
