Modern, clean and opposite a lovely restaurant Terrocotta.
Door handle needs pulling up to lock and lock again. Sounds simple but took a while to work out.

Good size and ideal location for our trip to Newbury Racecourse.
Carpet and cover cover strips need repairing in the kitchen area - bit of a safety hazard and one of our party cut their foot.

A spacious property, well equipped with well thought out features, including plenty of plug points and a magnifying vanity mirror. There was also tea and coffee and bathroom products provided, and the property was spotless.
The beds were budget, with rocky headboard and sprung mattress with little padding or support.
There needs to be attention paid to maintenance: the dining table legs wobble, the sofa legs were slightly buckled and the shower head needs descaling.
The cost did not present value for money.
