This is a decent, modest little hostel just off El Tambo's main drag (where the buses towards Cuenca/Quito pass), and a stone's throw from the main square. I loved the colourful rooftop patio, which has nice views. The staff were helpful and let me use the kitchen to make simple meals.
The only window in my room faced inwards into the hotel, but I think they do have rooms with outward-facing windows. I wish I'd had a key for the main door into the hotel, since I had to buzz every time and the lady was obviously busy and could sometimes take a while to come down.

Cercano a las ruinas de ingapirca. Aprox 15min en coche.
Desayuno caro para lo que era, un huevo revuelto un pan de 25ctvs y café en agua leche opcional por 3,50$

Que la dueña no respeto el precio de la habitacion que me salia por pagar en booking y queria cobrar aparte mas dinero por entregarme factura, aludiendo que no incluye impuestos, cuando anteriormente ya estuve ahi y no paso eso con un señor que atendio
