Pleasantly surprised by the friendly, fun atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, fun amenities like pool table and hanging swing chairs in the lobby. Staff have a recommendations board outside the elevators that was helpful and a fun display.

Hot tub had a lot of dirty looking foam when the jets were running, pool area was quite small for the size of the pool.

Would only come here for the EV chargers. Otherwise, it’s best to spend your money elsewhere.

EV charging stations. Clean.

The quality of room is very poor. Everything is new but the design is cheap and small. The AC machine is extremely loud and blows directly towards and you cannot open the windows. The rooms are a box and extremely uncomfortable.

Your staff sucks and lied to my face.

Location.

We didn’t get to stay there because you guys messed up our Booking.com reservation then guy at front desk blamed it on booking and sent us out without our confirmed room. Never trust Hilton again, and we travel a lot.

The park next door.

The beds were horrible, the breakfast was subpar, there was no hand soap..asked for clean towels ..didn't get any until at night, gave me the wrong room, and the list goes on..Charged me 3 times what they should have and my husband is a hilton honors member and has been for years!

there was a dirty towel on the floor in our room when we checked in. we moved it to the hallway and informed the front desk. they did not seem to care and never came to take away the dirty towel

Tru Hilton was a getaway in itself. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back.

Breakfast was very nice. Beautifully presented and kept up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping. Plenty of parking.

Awesome place just needed a better mattress!

Location was easily accessible from freeway. Extra games and pool table in the lobby was PHENOMENAL! Loved that mom and dad could grab a beer from the lobby. Pool and hot tub were AWESOME whole family loved them.

The bed was not very comfortable. It was very firm and stiff. Both my husband and I agreed some kind of pillow top needs to be added. Only dislike we had.

all in all we really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the common areas

I loved how modern it was and the pool table and common areas were awesome!

there wasn’t a microwave in the room and we were on the fourth floor so we had to go down and use the one downstairs.

Superb

Pool, exercise facility, a water bottle filling station, a pool table and games in the lobby, multiple areas to plug in a laptop or phone in the lobby, nice decor, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff.

In order to watch any non network television, you had to have your own account and sign in on the TV. I'd like more board game options.

Great family hotel

It's super clean, fun design & super helpful staff. Loved the free hot cocoa bar.

The entrance/exit to the parking lot is in an odd location & there is only 1.

One of the best hotel breakfasts, great value for the price

Coworker and I ended up checking out after the first night and stayed at a different hotel

Location and The front Desk staff the first night was very friendly and professional

Would have rated our stay a 2 due to cleanliness.The sheets and blanket had what appeared to be urine stains on sheets and blanket& Trash can had trash inside when I arrived. When asked for new sheets we only received 1 blanket no sheets checked out first night and stayed at Max at Mirabeau instead.

Adequate but not the luxury we thought we were paying for.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all friendly and sympathetic to the problem of heating/cooling our room, but could not do anything about it.

The thermostat automatically cycled through heating and cooling the room. With the thermostat set at 70, the temperature varied from 66 to 74. The first night was very difficult to sleep with the fan running constantly. The desk clerk agreed with the problem, but there was no maintenance available. We were offered another room, but decided to manually turn off the heating/cooling when the temperature was at 70, then manually turn it on and set it at 68 when the temperature dropped to 68 (at 2 AM). This worked better than having to move all our stuff to another room.
