The facilities were clean, modern and very comfortable. Communication with the staff was excellent right from the start. In fact, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming.
Well, a huge highlight was the breakfast, which was the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Naples. Thank you for your warm hospitality, I appreciate it.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike! Everything from the facilities to the staff communication was excellent, so I have no complaints at all.

The room I got was very clean and greatly put together. The space you used for your luggage wasn't shared which is a great plus for me. There's a bathroom with a great shower connected to the room and if it's occupied there's multiple other ones in the hall. On Fridays they host shared dinners and I fortunately caught one of those - i had a great time hanging out with the hosts and other guests. Overall very happy with the experience!

Great location just off the Main Shopping Street and bus stop for Tourist Bus Pick ups and the Toldeo Metro. A quiet lane way - but a little steep for anyone with walking problems carry a suitcase. Rooms are up 4 flights of stairs. I chose a Private Room - so large double bed with high ceilings and shower and toilet area were very clean. Dorm Rooms looked clean with a Mix of Single Beds and Bunks. Breakfast was nice : Pastries, Egg Fritta, ,Vegetables,Cakes, Fruit, Tea and Coffee so enough for starting the day. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the garden area and bar were nice for socialising
Kitchen and garden close at 11pm - and staff tell people to go to their rooms - so nowhere to sit and chill or chat to fellow travellers. I understand the balance with the neighbours, but some of the neighbours were nosier with their cars coming and going, and noises from their apartments! A social dinner only on a Friday - I was there Sunday to Thursday, so it would have been nice to have something social at least 1-2 other nights during the week.

- great central location, close to the metro station
- very nice garden
- the staff is nice
- comfortable bed
- it is VERY loud from the corridor. even after 23:00. you can hear everything, all the doors close very loudly so you cannot sleep without earphones/plugs.
- you can't go and take for example your water or cola from the fridge after 23:00
- my salad even though it was properly labeled disappeared from the fridge
- no place to keep your clothes in the room, not even a small shelf or anything, for more than one night it is quite uncomfortable
- for me, the place is overpriced as for a hostel, after this place I moved to another one which was central, quiet and 3 times cheaper
