The self check-in and self check-out were very convenient. The room had a clean, modern design and was very comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and a coffee machine with coffee capsules, which was a nice touch.
The location is convenient if you have a car,– it takes about 15–20 minutes to drive to Sirolo and other places along the coast.
There were no spoons, forks, or knives in the room, and I would have appreciated some medium-sized coffee cups. The Wi-Fi connection was also quite weak and sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. It would be great if guests could use the grill as well. The view from the terrace was not very pleasant, with some rusty tables outside in the owner's backyard, and it didn’t look as nice as I expected it could have.

La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e munita di tutto l’occorrente, bagno spazioso. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile
Il frigorifero molto rumoroso, la tenda oscurante non è lunga per tutta la porta finestra ed è pure difficile da tirare. La pulizia va migliorata, il termosifone era pieno di ragnatele
